An Interesting Place: Poem 06/30/2021

Misplaced Train 

Constellations jostle in vertical commute. 
I'm toping this graphy with each mal lap
round, I love how it takes hours for rain
to hit the streets in the Loop. The needle
whorls round, giggling gallantly until 
the subway gates appear, ice against
darkened windows, the stars shuffling home.
